Summary
In this position, the successful candidate is responsible for system level verification of high performance enterprise SSD controller
Responsibilities
* Lead System level verification of enterprise SSD controller using latest verification methodologies such as SystemVerilog, UVM * Architecting and implementing SoC testbench, developing directed, random, and application use case tests to assure full coverage * Work closely with Architect, design lead and verification team and develop overall verification strategy * Validation of SoC design and system level use case and performance scenarios on emulation platform such as Palladium/FPGA * Post Silicon bring up, functional/performance validation and debug
Ideal Candidate
* BSEE or MSEE with a thorough understanding of ASIC design and verification flow, with minimum 10+ years of experience * Project/Team Lead experience is a must * Strong hands on experience in ARM based SoC verification using latest verification methodologies System Verilog and UVM * Hands on experience developing test using C/C++/ARM instruction and verifying at ARM based SoC simulation * Hands on knowledge and working experience with one of the high speed interfaces such as PCIe/NVMe, SAS, SATA and DDR is a must * Strong debugging capabilities in RTL, gate level simulation * Hands on experience in pre and post silicon bring up activities and debugging using emulation/FPGA/ASIC HW platform * Experience in storage markets (SSD or HDD); knowledge of flash media is highly desired * Experience in developing and supporting a fully automated scripts/flows using PERL, Tcl/Tk, Shell scripts * Ability to interact with interdisciplinary teams such as Firmware, Software and HW teams * Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
