Responsibilities
* Create and document all FAQs and process materials * Manage relevant CRM queues responding daily customer requests * Manage daily routines with warranty depots and call centers including updates in our ERP system. * Handling and Resolving Customer Escalations directly from customers and/or from regional call centers. * Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls with call centers for quality measurement.
Ideal Candidate
* Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 7 or more years of related experience. * Experience with ERP system like SAP and/or Oracle a MUST * The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. * Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. * A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. * Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. **Desired Skills** * Advanced Microsoft Office skills including programming experience in Intermediate to Advance MS Excel and Projects skills a PLUS
