We are seeking a highly technical Director of Customer Technical Management for Enterprise Storage Systems. This individual will manage all aspects of customer programs including customer qualification program management and applications engineering

Customer qualification program management includes working with the OEM sales team and customers to provide customer qualification program alignment with the SanDisk product team, providing customer requirements to the product team, and manage customer issues during qualification. The applications engineering team provides tools to the FAE and CQE teams, analyzes customer workload requirements, provides 2nd level issue resolution, and conducts technical training to the sales team. The Director of Technical Customer Management is expected to manage and integrate these activities to build a world-class engagement model with SanDisk Client SSD customers for timely qualification and responsiveness to customer needs.

- This position requires a BS degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of senior business management experience. - The position requires demonstrated experience managing customer engagements through product launch phases, production preparation and ramp planning that utilizes high-level project management skills across a broad set of customers and product programs.
