Provides direction for entire project or a project team. Applies advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects. May assist in training less experienced software development staff. Has excellent understanding of business application. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. May assist in development of software technical documentation. Demonstrates software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology. May create optimization programs to resolve problems. May design and build prototype applications. May oversee product development. Leads design and coding of applications using routine and/or advanced technology.

* Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. * Jointly with current product architect to provides technical direction and leadership for the entire product and project team that are located in Dallas and Krakow. * Be hands on involve in Architecting technical solution, design, sometime development using advance and proven technology * Applies advanced skills and concepts to oversee large and complex projects * Has good understanding of business application and its operational requirement to architect and run it in the high availability environment. * Works with technical staff to understand problems with software for improvement, optimization and resolution * Assist in development of software technical architecture documentation * Be able to design and build prototype/proof of concept * Coaching and mentoring other software development staff to increase their technical skills

* Minimum 8 years of experience in Java /J2EE Development * Fluent in SOA application design * Hands-on experience with web services, XML, JAXB * J2EE platform, hibernate, Spring and Spring security framework , and Oracle * Hands-on experience with Active MQ, Camel * Fitnesse framework * JRules (ODM) * Experience with version control tools and build tools * Experience with Agile software development methodologies * Knowledge about OOP and Design Principles * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Ability to lead and direct multiple technical projects needs simultaneously * Experience with current web technologies & Knowledge of JSP, HTML,HTML5,CSS, JavaScript * Experience with Tomcat or JBoss or Jetty * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred. * Minimum 8 years related experience * Advanced computer software skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members * Proven leadership ability * Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
