- Support our partner and marketing strategy to align and connect our customers and prospects with key partner organizations.
- Drive revenue by selling sponsorship packages (a package in which an individual/organization sponsors one of our events in exchange for benefits such as the opportunity to speak at said event) to targeted businesses.
- Develop, support and ensure that partners are receiving value and have a great experience through their sponsorship investments.
- Work cross functionality on program development and partner relationships to uncover programs to drive lead acquisition.
- Drive and manage a list of potential exhibitors/partners.
- Keep current notes of conversations with partners or potential partners and seek to identify opportunities for further program development.
- Work peer to peer with the Corporate Events Manager to finalize agreements and packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- 5+ years of experiences in B2B sales.
- A passion for both sales and business development/relationship building.
- Demonstrated achievement in reaching and exceeding sales quotas/targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of building and maintaining a pipeline.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent phone ability; extreme internet and email proficiency.
- Self-starter with "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
