You can do it all. You're a tech savvy Project Manager that can roll up your sleeves when needed. You walk a client’s walk, and you talk their talk. You understand their concerns better then they do and use them to intuitively identify the highly complex requirements of each project. Your steady hand on the pulse of the client's needs influences functional design, process design, testing, as well as training and supporting implementation teams. You seamlessly transition between the business world and the development team and are integral in creating the product that exceeds expectations.
- This position requires strong technical as well as good project management skills.
- “Technical skills” means direct experience in web development (frontend or backend but practical knowledge of both is ideal) and / or ability to interpret code and understand programming fundamentals (databases, business logic, interface, etc).
- Act as a technical delivery lead / manager for multiple concurrent projects, requiring ongoing prioritization and customer relationship management
- Create and maintain project schedule for technical delivery, work breakdown schedule and project estimation
- Prepare scope documents
- Manage technical delivery and project scope (in collaboration with Account Services)
- Ability to lead projects without day-to-day guidance
- Direct experience in web development (frontend or backend but practical knowledge of both is ideal) and / or ability to interpret code and understand programming fundamentals (databases, business logic, interface, etc). LAMP stack (front end mostly), PHP (Symfony framework would be a home run), Drupal
- 5+ years Dev/PM experience overall, 2-3+ years as a PM
- Experience working with globally distributed resources (Must Have)
- Project Management Software: Pivotal Tracker, Assembla or JIRA (Preferred, but not required)Strong grasp of Agile Methodology and Process (Preferred, but not required)

Additional Notes on Compensation
Salary: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year.Competitive benefits and compensation package.
