Senior Content (CMS ) Product Manager

• Execute ongoing market research and competitive analysis to understand and communicate market dynamics and customer needs.
• Create product marketing plans, including market segmentation, positioning, packaging and pricing solutions.
• Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps that align with the overall corporate vision Devise functional solutions to changing market requirements.
• Create detailed product requirements documents, and work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly.
• Proactively communicate across teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision and execution.
• Effectively prioritize immediate client needs against development timeline to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage sprint planning meetings using agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Great knowledge of a wide variety of enterprise-level CMS platforms: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Alfresco, Drupal, eZ Publish, Joomla, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.
• 4+ years project management experience
• 4+ years product management experience, preferred on CMS platforms.
• Excellent people skills: the ability to communicate across multiple teams and experiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL database systems.
• Experience with systems integration using SOAP, REST and other industry-standard API methodologies.
• Deep understanding of SEO, search, website development and HTML/CSS.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, marketing, technical or related field.

Skills:

• .NET, Adobe, Drupal, Wordpress, Sitecore (see below).
• Must have Enterprise Level experience, but they are not looking for someone who has worked at large companies.
• Must have a technical background, but this person will be more of a project/product manager.
