Senior Accountant

• The Senior Accountant role prepares and posts daily and monthly journal entries related to corporate department accounts and transactions
• Responsible for the accounting of the Company’s debt
• Responsible for the accounting and reporting for Corporate payroll and benefit processing
• Prepares balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analyses, as well as recurring month-end financial reporting requirements
• Reconciles month-end SAP general ledger balances to Hyperion financial reporting database
• Prepares monthly intercompany analysis and eliminations
• Continues application of SOX internal controls over areas of responsibility
• Assists with cost center budgeting and forecasting
• Interacts with all levels of the organization, and across all of the Group's segments and business functions
• Other duties as assigned

• BA/BS in finance or accounting 5+ years of related experience. CPA a plus
• Experience with large, automated financial systems (SAP, etc.)
• Experience with debt accounting a plus
• Benefits and payroll accounting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable communicating across different levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively and independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities
• Strong process skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms; strong interpersonal skills, and organizational skill
• Fully competent in MS Office including strong Excel, database, and query capabilities
