With the introduction of the Revel Marketplace, Revel iPad POS users can now integrate directly into third-party enhancements, including mobile payments, online ordering, gift or reward cards and advanced financial software suites.

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist that prides themselves on being the last line of defense between a satisfied customer and a lost one. In this role you will act as a Revel Systems product and policy expert. This customer focused person will research and prepare a response for customers based on internal discussions with department heads and team leads.

Responsibilities include resolving escalated customer concerns stemming from technical & non - technical issues. This person provides solutions through research, resolution and response within established service levels to satisfy our customers.

  • An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs with an eagerness to learn quickly

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ Years in Customer Service, Retention, or Hospitality
  • 1+ years of technical support experience, including networking & troubleshooting
  • ACSP (Apple Certified Support Professional) highly recommended
  • Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus
