Resources Global Professionals is looking for Accounting & Finance Professionals with extensive experience in IT or ERP implementations to join our talented, highly motivated team of business professionals in our Accounting & Finance Practice. As a Consultant with RGP, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business. We have opportunities for these roles in South Florida. Consultants in these roles are involved in forecasting & budgeting, organizational change management, strategic planning, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and many other special accounting projects.

• Experience in financial reporting and in managing the month-end close processes
• Technical accounting skills and large-scale or international consolidations experience
• Hands on experience with large-scale ERP's and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion HFM/Essbase)
• Very strong Excel skills required
• Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm is a plus
• SEC reporting experience is a plus
