We are looking for a few individuals with the technical chops and drive to help develop ResMed’s new suite of mobile applications. You will join a highly dynamic and innovative mobile development team working on the latest technologies and in the exciting fast growing mHealth space where mobile meets medical.

• Build best-in-class consumer medical applications that are reliable and a pleasure to use
• Collaborate with stakeholders on mobile application design
• Assist in the establishment and adherence to Android mobile app development best practices
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
• Apps on the Google Play

• Deep understanding of Java and the internals of Android frameworks
• Extensive knowledge of Android common software design patterns, including the ones needed to develop connected applications with high-performing UI
• Experience using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript in mobile applications a bonus.
• Experience working within an Agile software development process, particularly Scrum
• Proficient Activities and Fragments
• Proficient with networking classes and connecting to REST services
• Excellent understanding of Android architecture patterns
• Up to date with latest Google tools and features
• Experience with third party framework integration
• Ability to work in a team or individually
