Reingold, a full-service marketing and communications firm in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, offers an outstanding opportunity for a creative and resourceful user experience designer/information architect. Both entry- and mid-level positions are available.

• This is a full-time position located in our Alexandria office. The UX designer/information architect is part of a team of Web design, development, and search engine optimization professionals. The position will be integral to meeting user needs and achieving business goals for a variety of clients.
• This role requires a strong background in information architecture, content strategy, and wireframes. Our work demands a self-starter and a willingness to hit the ground running.
• Here’s what you would do:
• Analyze the client’s fundamental goals and needs.
• Work to understand the audience’s needs, tasks, and goals — and translate them into easily discoverable elements.
• Provide recommendations for information architecture, wireframes, and content strategy.
• Prepare recommendations for improvement based on user testing.
• Solve problems by addressing what causes an issue before crafting a solution.

• A highly motivated and self-directed individual who knows how to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and effective decision-making
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, and to manage complex and simultaneous projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly convey information to upper management and clients
