Listing Photographer

Redfin is a technology-powered real estate brokerage that represents people buying and selling homes. Redfin.com features all of the broker-listed homes for sale, as well as for-sale-by-owner properties. Redfin real estate agents work with the company's team of engineers to create tools that make the buying and selling process easier.

As a Redfin Listing Photographer, you are responsible for creating images that show off our clients’ listings in their best light, while providing the standard of service to our clients and agents that Redfin expects. You will also be responsible for presenting Redfinnians in their best light in marketing photos.

• Create beautiful/breathtaking photos of Redfin Listings
• Help with any necessary staging or decluttering
• Work with the post-shoot processing to ensure a high-quality final product
• Take employee and Associate Agents photos in accordance with Redfin’s agent photography specs
• Photograph Redfin events, marketing and PR photos, and any other photos Redfin may need
• Assist in other, non-photo related areas when required

Required Experience/Capabilities

• Two-plus years of listing or architectural photography experience or training
• Experience with photo editing software, including HDR
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Flexible schedule allowing quick response to market needs
