Summary

Razorfish is looking for a smart, ambitious and experienced B2B content marketing and demand gen expert with exceptional storytelling and editorial skills to help us plan and execute growth campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a data-obsessed, well-rounded marketer, with a killer instinct for running campaigns that outperform and drive new leads to the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a world-class demand generation program across Razorfish, with a focus on North America.
  • Work with cross-functional groups including (but not limited to) sales/BD, marketing, data and strategy teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads resulting in revenue.
  • Inform demand generation planning and strategy with a deep understanding of customer targets, sales strategy and pipeline needs to ensure greatest possible success of programs.
  • Own the development of landing pages, advertising assets, A/B tests and integrated campaigns designed to drive high-quality lead generation for the growth team.
  • Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including (but not limited to) SEM, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, retargeting campaigns, and identify high-opportunity channels where Razorfish can expand its demand generation strategy.
  • Campaign set-up and monitoring in various marketing systems and tools including Salesforce, Hubspot and Marketo; based on results, provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and communicate progress toward quarterly and yearly goals, and make adjustments where needed to stay on target to meet company goals.
  • Regularly engage with sales team on lead status/quality, guide and accelerate lead movement through the funnel, and drive sales leads and follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years experience in demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and marketing automation; preference to candidates with B2B marketing experience.
  • An appetite for growth and proven success driving a high volume of inbound lead generation.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, particularly written communication, are a must.
  • Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs.
  • Understand best practices re: customer acquisition, lead generation, content, SEM, SEO, Facebook advertising, email marketing, and B2B demand gen.
  • B2B marketing experience required; Salesforce Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo experience preferred.
  • Creative thinker that has the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Analytical in nature and you’re someone who is relentless about measuring all you do.
  • Comfortable with analyzing and presenting data to internal and external teams.
