Summary

We are looking for an experienced engagement manager to develop and grow one of our largest enterprise accounts. Enterprise engagement must establish trust-based relationships, serve senior executives with critical insights, identify account development opportunities, design impactful use cases, and create proposals to implement Quid into the client’s strategic process. This role doesn’t come with a neatly defined playbook for success and is expected to contribute significantly to the top line of our business. You should expect your responsibilities to change over time at Quid, as both you and the organization evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate lasting, trusted client relationships, and scale Quid’s presence across large organizations
  • Develop new ways for companies to leverage Quid to solve their unique needs
  • Manage and scale team dedicated to the enterprise account(s)
  • Partner with the client team to develop and manage solution delivery plan
  • Collaborate with functions across the organization to improve our ability to communicate and deliver on high-value use cases for our clients
  • Mentor other members of the sales and services team
Ideal Candidate
  • 5-10 years of experience in strategic consulting
  • Bachelor or advanced degree from a top-tier institution
  • Experience and/or relationships with key decision-makers within Fortune 500 companies in the following verticals is a plus: retail, technology, consumer
  • The ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a nerdy passion for data/cutting edge technology
  • Demonstrated experience in a trusted advisor role with senior executives
  • Strength in uncovering opportunities, creating solutions, and driving collaboration among key stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex analytical concepts to people from other specialisms
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and product/strategy experience in a startup or product company
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience structuring relationships and managing contracting with large scale enterprises
