The Recruiter’s key responsibilities include sourcing new hires, meeting production goals and utilizing networks to recruit new talent for the Company.

• Provide evidence of succeeding at both meeting or exceeding production and quality of hire goals in a high volume culture
• Source and recruit five or more talented candidates per month while creating a fantastic candidate experience and serving client hiring leader needs
• Showcase strong relationship, verbal and written communication skills
• Use networks, centers of influence and innovative/cutting edge recruiting/sales tactics to identify, develop and recruit talent or customers

Requirements

• Proven history of high-performing recruiting or sales production in a third party, corporate recruiting or high volume sales environment for two years
• Evidence of achieving or exceeding goals in any of the above mentioned environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to use networks, centers of influence and innovative/cutting edge recruiting/sales tactics to identify, develop and recruit talent or customers
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated, proactive, dynamic and resourceful, with a polished image
