Summary

In building the future of a data driven world, Quantcast is bringing its creative brand building in-house. We are looking for a creative leader who can work cross-disciplines around the world to define and evangelize the Quantcast brand across product, marketing and culture initiatives, in collaboration with Quantcast’s leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the creative approach for the company, defining the bridge between Quantcast’s marketing and products.
  • Leading visual direction for the brand, defining and evangelizing industry-leading design practices and standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment and across geographies.
  • Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience.
  • Stay abreast of internal design reviews to maintain quality and mentor the design team. Use this knowledge to provide senior-level design guidance across the disciplines.
  • Directing creative strategy and designers across various projects of all mediums, managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the department, including the creative services team.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment, getting the best results from the creative process, drive consistency and expertly problem solving.
Ideal Candidate
  • BFA preferred (MFA is a plus), ideally in Visual Communication, Advertising or Design
  • 12+ years of agency/in-house experience leading creative direction for global brands
  • Portfolio/online portfolio of original work in the areas of digital, video and print
  • Make sophisticated technology accessible and understandable to a wide audience
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital media and consumer consumption
  • Develops branding and high-level creative strategy and messaging alongside agencies and internal marketing team
  • Self-driven, fearless interest and curiosity in gadgets, new tech, and inventions
  • Has exceptional communications skills
  • Pays extra attention to the details and can easily prioritize
  • Can inspire and has experience leading creatives of various disciplines
