Summary
PSA is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter to join the team as a Client Services Manager. You will be responsible for recruitment, scheduling and operational management of field nurses. Critical for success is the ability to meet deadlines, thrive in a team oriented fast paced environment, and proactively address and solve problems.
Responsibilities
* Utilizing a variety of recruiting sources and methods to reach potential candidates, including cold calls, emails and text messages; obtaining referrals from current PSA nurses, community interactions, and job sites (examples include Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, CareerBuilder and other sources) * Responding to applicants within 2 hours of their application and scheduling them for interview (AC) within the same or next day * Building relationships with local colleges or nursing schools * Reengaging previous candidates who met qualifications but did not complete the application/hiring process * Maintaining accurate system for tracking candidate status through the process * Contacting active PSA Caregivers not currently billing hours and reactivating previous Caregivers who are eligible for rehire * Building strong relationships with families, Caregivers and referral sources * Working with Caregivers to accommodate the needs of the family and patient with the best staffing match * Managing Caregivers to ensure they consistently arrive for, and depart from, work on time as scheduled and use PSA’s tools in a compliant manner to accurately record their time worked * Ensuring that staffing meets physician orders * Maintaining accurate system for tracking staff availability and staffing assignments * Maintaining active involvement in managing costs, effectively utilizing staff within guidelines

* Tenacity and strong work ethic * Ability to build rapport and trust via phone and in person * Demonstrates exceptional customer service * Possesses critical thinking, problem solving, and negotiating skills * Ability to work well under tight timeframes * Strong attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required * Computer skills
