Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for providing high quality customer service and operational support for the Follow My Health (FMH) FaceyConnect online patient portal functionality utilizing the Allscripts Enterprise Electronic Health Record System.
  • Effectively present technical functionality of the Patient Portal and other systems that interact with it.
Ideal Candidate
  • Three to five years of Health Care experience, preferably HIM/IT focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Silverlight, VNC technology, GE Centricity/IDX and Allscripts (Enterprise) and Internet based products required.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to effectively present information and ideas.
  • Must be able to multi task and maintain a flexible schedule and some travel as needed.
  • Must possess analytical aptitude and presentation experience.
  • Ability to implement new procedures to increase efficiency.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Support Desk or equivalent background highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of privacy requirements related to adherence to patient confidentiality and specific privacy policies preferred.
  • RHIT or RHIA preferred.
