Loan Verification Manager

Our Phoenix office is in need of Manager for Loan Verification. This individual will monitor the daily operations of a loan verification team to ensure performance and quality metrics are met.

• Coach, counsel and sets goal
• Support specialists in their efforts for growth and development
• Conduct loan level quality review of process and decisions made by agents
• Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to improve performance
• Participate in the hiring and training specialist
• Provide input into incentive plan
• Identify issues and drive process improvement
• Create productive and enjoyable working environment that fosters teamwork and individual excellence

• 3+ years operational management experience in consumer financial services
• Experience managing loan processing, underwriting, or general loan operations
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Manage variety of roles to assist the department achieve goals
• Proficient in MS Office suite, system applications,
• Ability to work at fast pace - must be ready and motivated to learn the processes quickly and help build a growing business
