The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for Contract Renewal Representative to join our Sales organization in Waltham, MA. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!
- Contacted clients about their renewal plans
- Coordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including: Account Management, Finance and Legal
- Collected and prepared data related to customers existing contract and product usage
- Supported Account Management by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Performed post renewal tasks such as booking orders, and maintaining accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract records
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a sales related role
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CRM Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
