About Pomona Unified School District

In 1954, the Pomona Unified School District was formed, with boundaries established by the state, uniting the Pomona Elementary School District, Pomona High School District, and Spadra Elementary School District.

Responsibilities
  • The Coordinator, Marketing & Communication position oversees the PUSD brand and develops/implements the District’s marketing and communication strategy to advance the District’s mission and promote student success.
  • This position serves as a member of the Superintendent’s executive team.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline
  • At least five years of work experience in public relations, marketing or related field
  • Possess or obtain a Valid California Driver’s License
Compensation and Working Conditions
Reports to Superintendent
