Summary

To pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzes and reports on business performance: Monthly performance, AOP, Quarterly Forecasting, cost price developments, strategic decisions
  • Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analyses, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, scenario analyses etc.
  • Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
  • Participates in various cross-BG/Sector Finance improvement projects
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
  • Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.
  • Analyze inventory for efficiency and quality
  • Participates in various x-BG/Sector/Market Finance improvement projects
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
  • 3+ years of working experience in Finance within operations and/or manufacturing, with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment
  • Understanding of the key financial drivers of a business, including controlling, management reporting and business analysis; intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
  • Solid planning, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience, SAP highly preferred
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Client oriented
