Responsibilities
* Reports to Market Leader, Director of Sales. * Monitors and communicates the progress of all client-facing digital program campaigns, success stories and areas of concern. * Delivers leads and metrics to clients, while responding to additional client requests, complaints and inquiries in a timely fashion. * Supports lead generation and digital product promotion efforts by ordering required placements and managing social media promotion calendars. * Ensures client deliverables are met by working closely with sales and supporting digital operations. * Provides sales support by preparing custom reports, editing presentations and providing inventory availability. * May manage Sales Support Coordinator role.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred, with at least 3 years of experience working in a digital production environment. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team (if applicable). * Self-directed; able to react to change productively and meet projected deadlines. * Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite and CRM software required, salesforce experience preferred. * Required travel to company exhibitions & conferences, clients and competitive events and conferences. * Selling experience in a multi-platform environment a plus.
