About Peloton Cycle

Founded in 2012, Peloton brought top talent together in its Silicon Alley headquarters to create a new concept in fitness. We loved cycling but had a hard time finding a workout that consistently fit our schedules, and our at-home workouts never felt quite up to par. So, we set out to create a world-class indoor cycling studio experience on your time, and in the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities
  • Our CE Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to everyone who comes into contact with Peloton.
  • CE Associates assist customers from 9AM-9PM 7 days/week troubleshooting hardware and software problems, communicating professionally and clearly, properly channeling all customer feedback to our engineering team and always finding a solution.
Ideal Candidate
  • Have a positive attitude and energy
  • Be a team player!
  • Be able to communicate clearly to customers via chat and email
  • Always have a professional phone etiquette
  • Have the ability to positively manage customer inquiries regarding the peloton bike, the experience, coaches and general information about the studio.
  • Experience within retail, hospitality and/or customer
  • Assist our retail team by selling/taking orders for Peloton bikes and accessories
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
