As a sales development rep, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities for a single account executive through outbound calls and email campaigns. You will be the first point of contact with future clients, a crucial step in forming the long-lasting relationships we strive for. - Identify high-quality leads through a series of qualifying questions
- Generate new leads through outbound cold calling
- Maintain a high call volume of 75-125 cold calls per day
- Use email marketing to generate leads as well as manage inbound leads
- Use Salesforce.com to properly note and manage accounts
- Become an expert on our product and services to effectively demonstrate our value proposition
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas
- Strong self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal and presentation
- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial attitude
- Bachelor degree plus minimum 1 year of experience in a sales/marketing role or equivalent
