Summary

You're based in Austin (or want to move here), you're a good-natured person (with a sense of humor) and people just like to be around you; you're excited about selling and getting your customer over the line; you know pretty much every line of that Glengarry Glen Ross speech (yes, there will be a test).

Responsibilities

Interact with C-level media executives to explain the changing digital landscape
Serve as expert consultants on transitioning old media companies into new digital revenue models
Work directly with technology leaders inside fortune 1000 companies to plan and implement new technology rollouts
Perform site visits and training when and where it makes sense
Communicate customer concerns to the support and product team

Ideal Candidate

**You should probably apply if you:**

* Have an academic/industrial background in computer vision and/or machine learning
* Care about the research methodology in developing a prototype - validation and testing of algorithms is important to you.
* Have a solid knowledge of software engineering, programming and computer science
* Can pick up and move to different technologies in order to attack the problem at hand
* Are not afraid to speak up and challenge existing ideas and processes
* Have a humility about your work and develop software with the end product rather than ego in mind
* Take a personal responsibility for your work and hold a high standard of quality to everything you touch

**You should really seriously apply if you are also good at any of the following:**

* Computer vision exposure - computer vision and image processing algorithm development for large data sets (bonus points for semantic segmentation, image content retrieval and feature learning techniques)
* Development experience; C/C++/OpenCV, any of the deep learning frameworks
* Pragmatism; we don’t always have the resources to do everything and have to be conscious of engineering tradeoffs between ideas and timelines
* Research mentality; you are willing to dive into the unknown and find new paradigms in resolving complex problems at large scale
