You are an exceptional analytical thinker who will help us understand and improve our marketing efforts and consumer experiences. You are passionate about data, analysis, and marketing. You are able to distill large quantities of complex data to concise conclusions and insightful recommendations. You understand the opportunities and challenges that exist within marketing and how data can be used to identify opportunities for improvement and gaps within an experience. You’re excited to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain global standards for data collection and reporting across various systems to support KPIs (including CRM, web analytics, ERP among others).
- Develop (through SQL queries) and analyze large data sets from the channel mix to generate marketing customer insights leading to new product development and increased sales.
- Deliver customer journey reporting and insights including life time value, and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with agencies to monitor tracking, pacing, and performance of all marketing campaigns and programs.
- Design and implement sophisticated marketing attribution models to ensure we are making appropriate investments across marketing mix.
- Present valuable actionable recommendations based on the basis of your findings that drive tangible business impact.
- Provide analyses to ecommerce budget and forecast including variances related to channel mix, ASP, product category, market, geography.
- Craft informative data visualizations for live dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
- Partner with IT on architecture and implementation of data warehouse and data visualization tools to drive value to business.
- Develop marketing forecasting models that accurately predict channel performance.
- Analyzed trends using quantitative techniques and converted findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Demonstrated competency with web analytics data and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Created visual analyses and presentations using Tableau or similar tools.
- Excel expertise with experience in nested functions and pivot tables.
- Personal organization and high detail orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An eye for detail, and an ability to work within tight deadlines.
