The cloud-based product automates the delivery of timely, tailored e-mail, social and content marketing campaigns for a wide range of industries.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will play a critical role in enabling the marketing team to hit aggressive revenue targets. This role isn’t for someone who’s satisfied with the status quo--you’ll be expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve our team’s performance and pursue them relentlessly.
- Manage day to day ops of our marketing technology stack (Marketo, SFDC, and other common SaaS tools), including documentation and training other team members
- Partner with operations to put customer intelligence in front of our sales reps and build feedback loops that give marketing the data we need to optimize campaigns
- Partner with operations and engineering to build and maintain a data warehouse for the marketing team
- Create reports and dashboards to put key marketing metrics at the team’s fingertips
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to extract insights from our data and help the marketing team make the best decisions about campaigns and investments
- Vet new tools and make recommendations for improvements to our marketing technology stack
- 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales operations in a high-growth environment
- A highly analytical mind: you can dig into a data set and find insights others can’t
- A problem solver: you apply logic, creativity and persistence to find solutions
- A strong communicator: you combine words and visuals to turn data into a concise story
- Experience managing technical projects: you can gather requirements, scope a project, and work with engineers to see it through
- Proven experience with one or more leading CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Tableau or other business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with web analytics suites, A/B testing tools and online advertising platforms
- Positive attitude and flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing startup
