The cloud-based product automates the delivery of timely, tailored e-mail, social and content marketing campaigns for a wide range of industries.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will have a big impact on our ability to grow. Our company and team culture is relaxed but results-oriented. We’re proud of our ability to move fast, get things done, and still keep the atmosphere light and fun. This role isn’t for someone who’s satisfied with the status quo--you’ll be expected to proactively identify opportunities for growth and pursue them relentlessly.
- Manage a budget to achieve monthly lead generation goals
- Use online and offline marketing channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Test channels, targeting and messaging to learn what works best
- Track every campaign and ruthlessly optimize for ROI
- Maintain our corporate recruiting website and third party profiles
- Represent OutboundEngine at events around Austin and beyond
- Establish relationships with local colleges and lead our participation in the campus recruiting process
- Form a close partnership with our recruiters, equip them with the tools they need, and gather feedback to drive campaign improvements.
- 3-5 years’ demand generation experience in a high-growth environment
- Track record of success running performance-oriented marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience testing audience, copy, creative, landing pages and other campaign elements
- Strong writing skills, including copywriting for the web and sales collateral
- Data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented personality
- Experience coordinating events
- Experience establishing partnerships with targeted organizations
- Positive attitude and flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing startup
- Basic design and web development skills (Adobe CS, HTML, CSS, etc) are helpful, but not required.
