• Can contribute to the creation of industry-leading, on-strategy concepts through active participation in brainstorms and other idea-generating sessions.
• Has presented creative concepts and designs and communicated rationale to team, and at times to clients.
• Has a keen understanding of how to turn a client's business objectives, brand, consumer and competitive landscape into insightful campaign ideas.
• Can work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams of various levels of seniority.
• Has clear and concise written and verbal skill.
• Has an understanding of technology, user interface design and visual design to generate an effective range of design/layouts for all elements of the creative solution that address program objectives, client needs and are visually appealing.
• Can direct still photo and video shoots, recommend suitable illustrations, photography, video and/or sound.

• Minimum of 2 (two) plus years' experience in digital design preferred
• Has Online Advertising experience
• Excellent presentation skills that foster existing and new client relationships
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, and advertising)
• Online Portfolio is required for consideration
