We deliver security at the DNS layer, using the Internet’s existing infrastructure, to keep malware from compromising your systems and to stop botnets or phishing from exfiltrating your data.
- Initiate primary and secondary research studies to determine market needs, competitor strength and positioning, customer satisfaction, or industry and regulatory developments.
- Create and drive systems and processes that result in agile product development, reduction of product proliferation and complexity and innovative, market-ready products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative products; consult with external sources and agencies (i.e. brokers, end-users, advisory boards) during the design phase of product development.
- Perform and/or manage ongoing, in-depth analyses of all key attributes of existing products; prepare detailed product reporting to evaluate actual product performance against standards developed for key performance indicators. Take strong and immediate actions backed by analytics on nonperforming products.
- Initiate and drives product releases and improvements to meet changing market needs and to achieve strong ROI in appropriate markets and channels.
- Develop, coach and manage an effective Product Management team to achieve desired market objectives, including implementing and driving successful product plans.
- Create & operationalize internal communication for new features, FAQs, updates, etc. and product feedback loop within the company
Must Haves:
- Experience in the security space
- Computer Science or Technical under-grad degree, including experience holding an engineering role.
- 5+ Years of experience of running a product management team
- Experience working with Enterprise customers and shipping Enterprise products
