As a Configuration Analyst 3, you will demonstrate detailed knowledge of configuration, data and change management principles, and be proficient in the use of company-standard configuration management tools. You will implement, administer and maintain configuration management tools essential for identification, control, reporting, documentation, and delivery of program products.
- Perform physical audits, review and release of documentation and engineering-related data (parts lists, specifications, notes) to ensure product configuration is maintained and complies with the program engineering drawing and modeling manual design practices.
- Analyze engineering change requests to determine effect on existing configuration
- Monitor and report on status of change requests and approvals through review process
- Reconciles as/designed/as-panned vs. as-built variance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in configuration management/product data management in an engineering environment
- Current/Active Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with Special Access
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance
- BS degree in an Engineering discipline: Master of Engineering (ME) strongly desirable
- Background in manufacturing engineering is also a plus
- Direct hands-on experience with Teamcenter or other PDM tools
