Software Engineer Customer Experience Team

New Relic is a Software Analytics company that makes sense of billions of metrics across millions of apps. We help the people who build modern software understand the stories their data is trying to tell them.

As an engineer on our team, you’ll help design and bring to life new ideas that cross the boundaries of our marketing and product worlds.

• Implementation of growth strategies across our user base.
• Instrumentation of our systems ensuring we are able to measure the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Development of micro-services necessary to facilitate customer experience projects.
• Building new apps to help customers demo & experience our products more easily.
• Using New Relic to make sure we are performing well!

• Strength in an object-oriented language like Java, Ruby or Python.
• A friendly bedside manner when speaking directly with your users.
• Work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Provide constructive feedback
• Developing web service clients and RESTful server interfaces.
• Delivering products in a SaaS company.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
