Lead expansion of our programs to design/STEM students through new and existing chapters
- Cultivate and launch new Net Impact Design/STEM chapters on college and graduate school campuses; Adapt our current chapter model to meet the needs of Design/STEM students
- Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration with Design/STEM students among existing Net Impact chapters
- Cultivate partnerships with others in the field and develop compelling Impact Design content across channels
- Manage company and foundation partner relationships to drive innovative student engagement initiatives
Co-create, pilot, and launch new Impact Design & Innovation programming to our network
- Design and co-create impact design programming with a clear value proposition for current and new chapters and members
- Develop marketing launch materials, facilitate pilots & workshops, create compelling online content, and provide support for new Design/STEM communities
- Leverage the Net Impact Conference as a platform to amplify efforts through impact design sessions, chapter leader trainings, and local impact programs
- Align outreach and operations with internal teams, including impact programs, marketing, conference, and chapters teams
- Bachelor degree required; Graduate degree and Design/STEM background/ networks a plus
- Enthusiastic commitment to Net Impact’s mission
- 3-5+ years experience in program management, program marketing, or program design
- Excellent people, facilitation, partner cultivation, & project management skills
- Passion for innovation, human-centered design, and impact design
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- High standards for excellence and exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for sustainable business a plus
- Comfort with (or comfort learning) the following digital and print communication tools: Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Docs, Salesforce
