IT Software Engineer for RenWeb

This includes student loan origination and lending, holding, student loan and guarantee servicing and software solutions.

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing software solutions.

* Write server-side code for web based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. * Build platforms, systems and user interfaces using your background in .NET, Angular or other JavaScript frameworks. * Build high performance JavaScript web and mobile applications. * Write clean and maintainable JavaScript, CSS and HTML5 code. * Strive for an excellent user experience for customers.

**Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. **Experience:** * Two or more years programming experience in C# and .NET. * Three or more years programming experience in JavaScript and SQL. * Experience debugging and testing cross-browser/multi-platform (iOS/Android) web applications. * Experience with modern front-end web development best practices, such as mobile first design, SASS/LESS and CSS methodologies. * Familiarity with Node JS, Express, Web Sockets, Gulp and other server side JavaScript technologies. **Competencies – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:** * Proficiency with SASS/LESS, HTML and CSS. * Knowledge of JavaScript MVC frameworks like Angular JS, Backbone, etc. * Strong analytical and excellent problem solving skills. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions. * Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle. * Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
