Account Executive

Neff Associates is an award-winning agency specializing in branding and public relations for restaurants, hospitality, B2B, and other consumer-based accounts.

• Manage multiple PR and social media accounts
• Drafting of all relevant client and press materials (i.e. pitches, news releases, bios, media alerts, message points etc)
• Pitch and place stories with broadcast, print and online media outlets
• Social media fan base building and strategy
• Ongoing client relations
• Creating and managing special events
• Media list building and updating
• New business proposal writing and presenting
• Managing Junior team members

• Minimum of 2-4 years of public relations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
• Outstanding writing skills
• Proven track record of building brands through strategic PR efforts
• Established regional & national relationships with key media contacts in broadcast, online and print outlets a plus
• Brand-based social media experience; managing multiple accounts a plus
• Committed user of tools such as HootSuite, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc
• Client account management experience
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Articulate, professional and positive
• Detail-oriented and able to service multiple accounts simultaneously
• Creative point of view
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• PR database knowledge i.e. Cision, Meltwater, etc.
• Email marketing experience a plus
