Applies high guest service standards. Serves food and beverage to banquet guests.

• Serves food and beverages to banquet guests. Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards.
• Cleans and sets tables and performs busing duties.
• Follows up on guest satisfaction during and after dining. Checks-up on guest for condiment, beverage, or additional food item needs. Follows-up on satisfaction during and after dining.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest and work areas.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Previous guest service experience in a food and beverage operation.
• On feet or standing 85% of time.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
