Motive is looking for a Director of Media Buying to build and lead our online and mobile Media Buying team. In this role, you will successfully manage your personal media buying responsibilities as well as making sure your team is constantly improving performance and margins on their media buys.

- Build and train the entire Media Buying team - Lead Motive’s media buying business - full operational and financial oversight - Manage cross functional team to enable media buying results (ad sales, ad ops, finance) - Establish/refine business process to enable and streamline Motive’s media buying process - Execute mobile media buys efficiently and cost-effectively driving toward a required ROI - Analyzing campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations - Report on progress and performance - Diversify our media sources

- Self-starter - Minimum 2+ years experience in mobile media buying. - Experience in online marketing PPC/CPI/CPL/CPA advertising - Successful track record optimizing media buys to a target ROI - Analytical thinker with good quantitative skills - Detail oriented - BS/BA degree - Understanding of metrics used to measure mobile and digital advertising
