A Senior General Clerk is needed for a recognized industry leader, who invests heavily in internal technologies. The successful Senior General Clerk will be proactive, highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast paced, fun & collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Scan audits into the InfoStore database and enter received date
  • Scan analysts’ audit review packages (paper to PDF)
  • Notify auditors/GP’s when audits are needed when properties are sold, follow-up as needed
  • Send annual Independence Letter
  • Send annual and interim confirmations
  • File transfer/sending for documents supporting Affordable Audits
  • Updating Sales schedule for partnerships sold in the year and the necessity of a sale-year audit
  • Managing the department mailbox in Outlook
  • Handling physical mail received for the department
Ideal Candidate
  • Accounting and/or finance background. Associate's degree. 3 years work experience. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • It will involve the management, compilation and processing of a variety of documents and schedules related to the annual Partnership audits and the annual Affordable audits.
  • It will involve the compilation and distribution of annual letters to General Partners and auditors.
  • It will involve the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in Excel, using Access queries. *It will involve data-entry based on information contained within the annual partnership audits.
  • It will also involve the communication management for the department for both email and physical mail, as well as phone calls.
