Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day operations of fulfillment center
• Supervise and schedule team of fulfillment personnel in warehouse; look out for their safety, their work quality, and also—importantly—their happiness
• Set expectations and goals for all personnel with a metrics-based system
• Carefully track inventory of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging
• Procure and maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for the warehouse’s daily functionality
• Support the Warehouse Manager on ad hoc projects as required

• 3+ years management experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or supply chain
• Extreme accuracy and obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and build trust in a tight-knit team
