The Recruiter partners with managers and leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization, and to deliver the best talent available. He/She effectively screens and assesses employment suitability of job applicants, as well as their potential fit with the organization. Interviews all qualified candidates utilizing appropriate techniques that are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Must have a basic knowledge of applicable state and federal labor laws relating to employment and selection.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) is a plus.
