With over 20 modules, our software powers the back office processes for nearly 150 medium and large associations and non-profits, providing order processing, member self-service, and e-marketing.
We are seeking an extremely bright, energetic self-starter who wants to be a major contributor in a dynamic work environment, loves a challenge, and has a strong balance of communication and people skills. This isn't your average Account Executive position. We'd like to find someone versatile enough to explain complex software concepts with ease to our prospective customers, devise creative ways to increase sales, and works as a team player.
- Take calls handed over from SDRs and rapidly move them through the sales process
- Engage prospects in all stages of the sales process including first and second Demos (More technical demos are handled by the Sales Engineer)
- Build customer value in the sales cycles and assist prospect in selling internally.
- Execute and deliver high quality responses to RFPs
- Consultative / Solution selling style
- Previous experience in negotiating contracts, business decisions, and pricing
- Experience selling Saas software
- Located in Washington D.C., Metro Area
- Experience in closing deals averaging $25-$30k ARR and $125k in TCV
- Experience working in sales capacity for an early stage organization
- 1-3+ years B2B software sales experience
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Proven track record of achievement
- Demonstrated experience in structuring, winning, and managing complex software/technical deals
- Independent and highly motivated
- Experience in the Association, Trade Association or Non-Profit industry is a plus but not necessary
