- Interact with business development and sales to gather requirements
- Interact with account managers to discover user pain points
- Perform analyses of KPIs and measure behavior across the platform
- Prepare PRDs and prepare the roadmap
- Work with engineers to deliver products at a startup and nimble pace
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of SQL and expertise in analysis
- 4+ years Product Management or development experience
- Experience with Scrum/Agile
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand highly technical issues and distill down to a product level
- Strong UI/UX and wireframing experience
- Experience with both mobile (Android, iOS) and web based applications
