Summary

National Atlanta based organization is seeking a .NET / Xamarin Mobile Developer to join their team for a 6 month project.

Responsibilities

* Support the management team in providing leadership and technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of highly complex information systems that conform to the standards and methodology.
* Translate customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written.
* Provide leadership in the evaluation and recommendation of hardware and software solutions used throughout the industry for use at the company.
* With extensive technical and business knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming, provide strategic focus on system solutions.
* May be responsible for driving multiple phases of a project to completion.
* Independently research and resolve technical problems of the highest complexity.
* Manage multiple facets of the application's development, maintenance and deployments.
* Ensure project timelines are developed, tasks are identified, resources are assigned and team members are prepared to execute.
* Drive multiple, concurrent initiatives to successful completion and coordinate activities with others on the team and supported business partners.
* Work with the manager and business partners to improve and stabilize the application.

Ideal Candidate

* A top level technical design contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge.
* Strong problem solving / analytical skills.
* Ability to analyze data and data relationships.
* Ability to translate both business requirements & technical details.
* Ability to independently design programs and test plans.
* Experience with iOS and Windows 10 / Universal.
* 3 years or more of experience in mobile application development and/or web application development.
* Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, problem solving, and business requirements analysis.
* Proficiency in C#.
* Familiarity with Xamarin Studio and platform.
* Familiarity with mobile frameworks and libraries.
* Familiarity with JSON, jQuery, REST and XML based web services.
* Knowledge of hybrid mobile web frameworks such as Appcelerator, Xamarin or Cordova a plus.
* Experience working with web-browser DOM using JavaScript, AJAX and CSS.
* Experience building iOS / Windows apps that have been successfully delivered to customers.
* Experience with VS 2015 and NuGet.
* Experience with ADFS and authentication mechanisms.
* Understanding of Office 365 and cloud based solutions.
* Bachelor's Degree with emphasize on Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering plus 5 years experience; 6 - 10 years working experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
