Patient Service Coordinator

Mary Kraft Staffing is partnering with a reputable Baltimore Hospital to place a Patient Service Coordinator. The position is located in Baltimore, MD.

• Collect co-pays/Billing
• Obtain patient pre-authorizations
• Register patient when arriving for scheduled appointment
• Relay pertinent information to patient as needed
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations
• Verify patient insurance

• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently or as part of team
• At least one (1) year of experience working within a healthcare environment; preferably as a Patient -Service Coordinator
• Be highly organized
• New EPIC Certification is highly desirable
