Summary

You are a relationship builder with a relentless focus on collaboration in cross-functional teams and can successfully engage with diverse personalities. You have strong root-cause business analysis and problem-solving skills, ideally within the context of software product development, management or QA are also helpful.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying product requirements to support client’s marketing efforts
  • Leading software deployment efforts for the internal team composed of account managers and engineers
  • Managing digital advertising data collection and analysis to support client specific configurations
  • Consulting throughout the project to boost client software adoption
  • Advocating for clients’ needs throughout all stages of a deployment
  • Deploying software to clients in a quality, timely manner
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status and progress
  • Developing metrics to identify and track business trends, determine root-causes, and develop recommendations to improve products and processes
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years in the Adtech industry in agencies, programmatic buying, major digital marketers, or functions supporting programmatic buying, or comparable web-based solutions
  • Ability to understand technical issues and communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Experience in digital media planning/buying, trafficking, reporting, and analytics
  • DoubleClick and Omniture/Google Analytics tags
  • Campaign execution and measurement experience across multiple digital channels
  • Demonstrated success in client facing roles
  • Experience in media planning and measurement for offline channels such as TV, radio and print is a big plus
  • 5+ years in adtech covers/contradicts this
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, flaming chainsaws, herd cats in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to evaluate technology solutions, including build / buy / partner options
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus)
