Contact Center Representative

Marine Credit Union is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative who possesses a high level of professionalism and experience in customer service and call center communication.

As a Contact Center Representative you provide exceptional customer service in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner. You will supply direct support to our members via telephone or other forms of correspondence. Additional responsibilities include: * Research and solve member questions, issues and complaints concerning credit union accounts. * Provide routine account maintenance and process account requests per member requests. * Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate. * Ensure that all credit union member and employee related business is kept in the strictest confidence.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment. Previous customer service experience in a face to face or call center environment is desired. They will be professional and empathetic to both members and employees. * Experience working in a financial institution is preferred * Prior experience in sales a plus * Must be an effective communication and able to deal with and resolve conflict * Strong computer skills * Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
