Director of Supply Chain Human Resources

Our firm, founded in 1987, is a professional recruiting agency specializing in placing talented people in quality positions.

• Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to the HR Management team with the goal of creating a high performing HR environment in the corporate office as well as the field.
• Oversees all aspects of HR ranging from recruitment, retention, training and development, associate relations, and legal compliance.
• Compiles turnover data, hiring statistics, and other HR related metrics to identify key issues and develop a plan to address opportunities.
• Support Logistics Leadership teams with performance reviews, bonus plans, job descriptions, and salary guideline on a needed basis.
• Acts as the executive HR representative to steer key initiatives alongside the VP, RVP’s and SVP of Distribution and Supply Chain.
• Supervises approximately 12 HR Managers, 5 HR Generalists and 1 Training Manager
• Reports to the EVP of Human Resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Multi-site distribution center experience required.
• PHR, SHRM certification preferred.
• Must have experience working in a large, fast-paced distribution center with hourly employees.
• Must possess generalist skills with broad knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, training, onboarding, and employee surveys.
• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with common MS Office tools
• Strong principles, people, and management skills
• Must be willing to travel 50% of time to support work of field locations.
