Summary

Manhattan Prep seeks a motivated and energetic part-time professional to fulfill the role of part-time Center Operations Associate. The Center Ops Associate will fulfill the roles of primary Office Manager and Operations Associate at a growing enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and management of our San Francisco facility
  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience for our students
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Managing office supplies and material shipments
  • Active correspondence with our New York City headquarters
  • Inventory management and ordering
  • Troubleshooting minor IT issues in the space
  • Provide assistance to Instructors to ensure all classes run smoothly
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with administrative leadership
  • College degree or college student required
  • High degree of organization
  • Outgoing, friendly and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills with email based communication
  • Will take pride in the appearance of the space
  • An innovator. Can identify areas for improvement and take action accordingly
  • Has the ability to self-reflect and engage in dialogue about job performance
