Manhattan Prep seeks a motivated and energetic part-time professional to fulfill the role of part-time Center Operations Associate. The Center Ops Associate will fulfill the roles of primary Office Manager and Operations Associate at a growing enterprise.
- Leadership and management of our San Francisco facility
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience for our students
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Managing office supplies and material shipments
- Active correspondence with our New York City headquarters
- Inventory management and ordering
- Troubleshooting minor IT issues in the space
- Provide assistance to Instructors to ensure all classes run smoothly
- Experience with administrative leadership
- College degree or college student required
- High degree of organization
- Outgoing, friendly and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong skills with email based communication
- Will take pride in the appearance of the space
- An innovator. Can identify areas for improvement and take action accordingly
- Has the ability to self-reflect and engage in dialogue about job performance
